Brazil 's Casa de Dom Inácio is the healing center of world-renowned João Teixeira de Faria who is unquestionably one of the most powerful spiritual mediums living today. João de Deus (John of God), as he is affectionately known, has devoted his life to mediumship. Through him, spirit guides minister to the multitudes who come in search of a cure.

The Casa is a holy site where healing can takes place on many levels. João incorporates over 30 spirit guides who were surgeons, physicians, theologians, therapists and notable figures in their lifetimes. They can scan your energy field, see what you need and recommend a variety of methods and procedures for you to begin your healing process. João receives all who come to see him. No matter how long the lines, no one is turned away and no one is charged to see João.

João says “I do not heal anyone. It is God that heals. He, with his infinite kindness, allows the entities that assist me to bring healing and comfort to my fellow man. I am only an instrument in His divine hands.”

Healing is a personal and transforming process which generally unfolds over a period of time. Your healing may be physical, emotional, mental, spiritual or all of these. Some people experience almost immediate results; others recover over time, and some may require multiple visits.

The Mediums’ Current Room is one of 2 rooms where people sit in meditation to give and receive energy for their healing and the healing of everyone who comes to visit John of God. Everyone is welcome to sit in this room twice a day on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

The Main Hall is where people gather before each session on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This is where a brief orientation is given and where people line up in preparation to see John of God.

The room shown in this photo is called The Entity’s Current Room. This is the room where John of God receives people. People meditate in this room to give and receive energy as is done in the Mediums’ Current Room. Sitting in this room is permitted only by invitation of John of God.

John of God greets hundreds of people from around the world each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in a morning and an afternoon session. Everyone is seen and there is no cost to see John of God.
